Colleen is a certified nutrition coach with a passion for helping women fuel their bodies, feel confident in their skin, and build strength both inside and outside of the gym.Her journey into health and nutrition began in 2013 when she discovered CrossFit — despite never having played a sport growing up. What started as a new fitness routine quickly turned into a lifelong passion for learning, growing, and understanding how to properly fuel her body for performance, energy, and life.
After years of working with coaches, experimenting with her own nutrition, and diving deep into research, Colleen became a certified nutrition coach in 2018. With a background in mechanical engineering, she brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and real-life experience to her coaching — helping clients understand the why behind their nutrition, not just the what.
Today, Colleen works with busy women — moms, athletes, beginners, and everyone in between — to simplify nutrition, cut through the noise, and create sustainable habits that actually fit their lives.
When she’s not coaching, she’s a mom to two almost Irish twins, chasing little ones around, squeezing in workouts, or spending as much time as possible outdoors — mountain biking, camping, hiking, and adventuring with her family.

Megan is a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and menopause specialist who helps women move, eat, and live Un.common—without extremes, restriction, or one-size-fits-all plans.Her approach is deeply personal. After being active in high school, Megan slowly gained weight through adulthood while juggling life as a mom, wife, and career woman. Like many women, she spent years trying fad diets, skipping meals, and pushing through gut issues doctors couldn’t explain. She felt tired, frustrated, and disconnected from her body—until she decided to stop chasing quick fixes and start learning what actually worked.
Megan immersed herself in nutrition science, not to shrink herself, but to heal. That journey led her to strength training, and eventually to discovering CrossFit at age 40. It changed everything.
Now, she helps other women navigate midlife with clarity, strength, and confidence—especially those facing hormone shifts, inconsistent energy, or years of dieting burnout. Her coaching is rooted in real strategy, habit change, and personal support
Outside of coaching, Megan is a wife, a boy mom, a baseball lover, and enjoys hiking with her family. Together, they’re on a mission to visit every Major League ballpark. -

Gwen is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer who helps women build strength, fuel their bodies, and create sustainable habits that fit their real lives—without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking.Her passion for health and fitness started early. Gwen grew up as an athlete and went on to play college lacrosse while earning her degree in Exercise Science, always knowing she wanted to help others feel strong and confident. But like many, her path didn’t follow a straight line. After college, she found herself in the corporate world, feeling a bit disconnected from the work she truly cared about.
Everything shifted when she discovered CrossFit. She quickly fell in love with the challenge, the community, and the sense of strength it built—physically and mentally.
Becoming a mom to her two boys deepened that perspective even more. Navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the demands of everyday life gave Gwen firsthand experience in how important realistic nutrition and flexible fitness truly are. It also reignited her passion for helping other women—especially moms—find an approach that supports both their goals and their lifestyle.
Now, Gwen combines her background in exercise science with her nutrition coaching to help women simplify their routines, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies again.
Outside of coaching, Gwen is busy raising her two boys, staying active in the gym, and spending time in the kitchen baking.
