Client stories
What changes, in their words.
Some of these women wanted the photo. Every one of them got something they were not expecting — and it is usually not the thing they came in worried about.

What we actually measure.
The scale is one number, and it is the least interesting one we look at.
Energy and sleep
Whether you wake up able to face the day, and whether you are still awake at 3am. These move first, usually within weeks, and they tell us the plan is working before anything else does.
Strength and capacity
What you can lift, carry, and recover from. Muscle protects your bones, your metabolism, and your independence later — it is the one thing worth chasing in midlife.
How food feels
Whether you are eating enough, whether meals hold you, and whether the weekend still undoes the week. Consistency beats intensity every time.
Most women arrive wanting one number to change. They stay because five other things did.

I realize now my body needed more fuel all along. Who would have thought eating 900 more calories would change my body composition for the better? I am happy with my progress so far, but I am not done yet — in fact, I think we are just getting started.
Today is my 40th birthday. I am leaner, stronger, more confident, way more knowledgeable, more balanced, kinder to myself, and determined to keep going. I think I have built actual lifestyle changes, which is pretty awesome.
I have been on this health journey for a LONG time. When it comes to nutrition, I have never felt so successful. The personalized connection that comes with working with Megan is amazing. It really is more than just the number on the scale.
She walked through each week’s data with me to help me reach my goals. She made the meal planning and the logging easy for me to understand. The knowledge that I have learned, I can continue to use for life.
I was able to include all of these foods, but with more mindfulness and balance. Her coaching gave me the knowledge and confidence to fuel my body in a way that feels both sustainable and empowering. I feel stronger, healthier, and in control of my nutrition like never before.
Had to buy some new athletic leggings today. Mine were falling down when I was running the dog in agility. I got mediums… I am not sure I have ever been a medium before.

Can’t thank you enough for the confidence you have given us. You guys are my power people! I am so glad Tiffany challenged me to come to class.
Love my Thursday mornings with you ladies!

The classes are local. The coaching is not. Wherever you are, the work is the same — and so is having someone who knows your week.
Your story does not have to start on a good week.
